SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are located in central Massachusetts, USA. Our time zone is East Coast Time (EST).

We work as fast as we can to get all orders out to you ASAP! You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Unfortunately, once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over it. We will do our best to help you locate a delayed or undelivered package working with the shipping carrier to find a reasonable solution that works for you. If the package is lost, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We do insure all of our product shipments up to $100.

The processing time is the time that it takes us to put your order together, and get it ready to be shipped out. This is in addition to the shipping time. Shipping time is the time from when the carrier picks up your package to the time it is delivered to your door.

We ship to the following countries: United States.

We do offer local delivery to a certain distance by truck for our larger items. Please email store@karniksantiques.com with your details.
